    Can I cancel my order?

    If you purchased the products in one of our showrooms in the Canary Islands, the right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the date the contract was signed.
    For online orders, the right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the day you received the product.

    All countries in Europe.

    How can I pay for my order?

    You can pay by credit card or PayPal, all via the PayPal platform.

    My order confirmation or invoice is incorrect

    No, any customs and import fees are included in the price.

    Do you deliver to a P.O. box?

    For security reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. It is possible to provide an alternative delivery address instead of your home address.

    Is it safe to shop online?

    Yes, at Woolbed it is just like shopping in any regular store. Changes, cancellations or refunds are accepted if you are dissatisfied with your order.
